When can I expect to receive my refund?

If you have exchanged items from your order, as noted under our exchange section, refunds are issued approximately 2 business days after we receive your exchange. We do not release refunds until the item(s) has been inspected.

If it's been 3+ business days, and you've not yet received your refund, please contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to research.
