OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
(USA, EU, UK Only)
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your URBANCAN as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free exchanges within 60 days of your purchase.

Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately. For more information on our warranty policy and submitting a claim visit our warranty page.
INS AND OUTS OF THE URBANCAN EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a free exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- All exchanges must be related to a URBANCAN.com order.
- URBANCAN does not offer exchanges on URBANCAN products purchased outside of URBANCAN.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their exchange policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
- All exchanges must be processed through our exchange portal within 60 days of original delivery. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
- Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional exchange shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 2 business days for any exchange refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. URBANCAN does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products.
We currently do not are not processing exchanges for deliveries outside of the USA, EU, or UK. Please process a return.
