OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your URBANCAN's as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 60 days of your purchase

INS AND OUTS OF THE URBANCAN RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:
- All returns must be related to a URBANCAN.com order.
- URBANCAN does not offer returns on URBANCAN products purchased outside of URBANCAN.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
- All returns must be processed through our returns portal within 60 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
- Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. URBANCAN does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products.
