Most orders can be changed within a short window of time after placement. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Yes, pre-orders will be possible for out of stock URBANCAN's 1 week prior to availabilty.  Sign up for back in stock notificaitons to be emailed for pre-orders.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Since we are online-only, in-store pickup is not available.
