All URBANCAN's carry a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the workmanship, function or style of your URBANCAN, it can be returned for a refund or replacement within 60 days of the initial purchase.

URBAN CAN: LIFETIME WARRANTY

All URBANCAN's carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the can. URBANCAN will replace any can found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available.

Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:

  • If your cap breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your can to us. Instead, simply click the link towards the bottom of this page to submit a warranty claim. Please note you may be required to send us a photo of your cap to validate the claim. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to have the can returned if you send the can to us.
  • Cans that seem to have lost their insulating properties: You can test the insulation of your can at home with hot or cold water. Pour hot or cold water into the can, filling it all the way to the neck. Exercise caution pouring hot water into the can to avoid burns. Do not hold the can while filling it with hot water. Also, do not place the cap over the can. After about 5 minutes, feel the outside of the can (below the neck). If you feel any hot or cold spots, the insulation has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement.
  • Cans that are damaged during the shipping process: Please process a return or exchange if any part of your ordered has arrived damaged.

This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your URBANCAN, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by URBANCAN only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any URBANCAN caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following:

  • (i) improper use or misuse of the product;
  • (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or
  • (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.

Please note your warranty claim will be replaced by the same size and color URBANCAN. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser retail value.

As allowed by law, there are no express warranties other than this limited lifetime warranty set forth herein. Under no circumstances, whether for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or other tort theory, or any strict liability theory, will URBANCAN be liable for any incidental or consequential damages allegedly caused by a URBANCAN product. Additionally, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, are limited by the terms of this limited lifetime warranty.
